Payout Timing

Return Windows & Payout Timing

Payouts are released after the applicable return or dispute window closes — so every sale has time to settle before money moves.

Most payouts are eligible after the buyer's return/dispute window has closed and the sale is considered final. For item categories or marketplaces with higher return rates, ConsignList Studio may hold payout for up to 30 days after delivery or sale completion before releasing funds.

This protects both the consignor and ConsignList Studio from reversals, buyer disputes, chargebacks, damaged returns, and marketplace return claims.
